Good, but not quite suitable for the 2018 Audi Q5.
The product is a good replacement for the more expensive OEM. I have a 2018 Audi Q5 and the metal fasteners in the car are too thick for the plastic clips that attach to the luggage net. I modified mine by drilling holes in the plastic clips with a 1/4" bit and attaching a double ended carabiner to it. It works fine.
