Finally, the price is right to upgrade your Xbox One with an external SSD. This is a big update that really speeds up load times. Tested on my old WD external Passport drive loading Forza Horizon 4, a game notorious for long loading times. My Passport: 1:55 to game screen. SanDisk SSD: 0:55 to game screen. That's a full minute faster! Download the game 60 times and you've already saved 1 hour! The Xbox One has its own official Seagate SSD, but 1TB costs $200, which I think is a complete rip-off. Installation was easy. Just slip it into the case, connect it to your Xbox to format it and you're done! If you haven't already upgraded to an SSD, I highly recommend you do so with this SanDisk. Worth the price for faster loading times. Also, there are tons of videos on YouTube that compare the load times of different games if you want to investigate further.
