Will not work after 3 years
I liked it initially, although one of the screens tends to fall out, it stopped working after about 3 years. Too early. UPDATE: Support replied to this review and after talking on the phone they sent me a new motor which was easy to replace. The machine now works perfectly. Didn't get a "5" because it shouldn't have stopped working to begin with, but now they get a four because they fixed the problem beforehand and didn't charge me even though the warranty is no longer valid.
