I like it when a product meets my expectations. These stainless steel scissors work amazingly well. It came today and I cut up a bunch of basil, both wet and dry. Wet basil would get stuck between the blades, but the blade cover has serrations that you just slide between the blades to get what's stuck in there and it worked great. He dealt with a bunch of basil quickly, it would have taken me much longer to cut it with a knife or scissors. I use a lot of fresh herbs and that will speed up the prep work a lot.
