Holds great. I like that it's adjustable and doesn't remove glued decor. I will say it stinks a lot but I put baking soda on it and it stuck to the glue that was showing it's sticky. until i added baking soda my cat now wears it with no problem, also keep this weather out and don't let your cat lick or scratch next to the paint the decor will come off. I will be buying another one of these in a few weeks or so depending on how good this one is! So far it's amazing. I love it but could order a different color. :)!
