Review on Tenma 72-6627: Efficient Multiple Outlet DC Power Strip for Optimal Electricity Management by Jason Caldwell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Harder than I thought.

The first thing I noticed after unboxing it was that it was heavier than I expected. A plus. In addition, the power cords that connect to your power supply are made from heavy-duty 8 ga wire with wide copper connectors at the end. There's nothing flimsy about them. Much too long. The ammeters work perfectly. Since I already know that I have a particular radio that draws 10 amps, after plugging it in, the meter reads 10 amps. So it works. The counters read zero until you turn on the radio or until the load is removed rather than just turned on. Unless you use a lot of electricity right away. Switches are solid. Very positive, targeted clicks. The bright switched and unswitched LEDs are bright, ALMOST too bright. So far everything is working great. To be honest I'm glad I bought this one and not a more expensive competitor.
