I've sometimes had to convert online recipes using metric measurements for measuring spoons, so this is really helpful as both metric and standard measurements are listed on each spoon. I found that liquid measuring cups already have this conversion. The rubber color coding will come in handy once I learn them all. I can just take this color and know what I'm measuring. One thing I noticed is that the rubber element in the grip is removable. So if you have a handle that you can't dry, you can take it off and let it air dry so it doesn't get moldy. I've found that some of my rubber sealed glass containers go moldy if you don't remove the seal and let them dry. I don't think it will be anything else. You have to know that from the start so that doesn't happen. For this reason I'm not giving 5 stars for ease of cleaning, but for quality I'm giving 5 stars. They are definitely worth their price. I'm glad I bought them.
