Works right once, tk.

Used for heat shrink plastics - maybe 2 minutes heating at a time. Everything worked fine the first time, crushed plastic pieces, turned on and off with the flick of a switch. The second time it turned on, then started turning off during use. Tried turning it off and letting it cool for about 15 minutes then it didn't work upright which was necessary for the project. Set it aside for about an hour - it turns on and off even when the switch is in the 'on' position and only when you're on the stand.

Pros

The new mini heat gun is great for heat shrink tubing, embossing, drying paint, paper, fabric, foam, glue, ink, DIY, solid shapes, clay.
