Like many others, after less than a year and 10,000 miles it failed (howling)

I heard when it failed. It happened in the hobby lobby parking lot. There was a loud bang and I almost felt like I had walked into an open manhole cover. I even went back to make sure I didn't actually have one. From that moment on I felt the steering wheel vibrate at speeds over 35mph and it howled. There should be a guarantee, but there's no clear indication of how to make a claim. I haven't seen the manufacturer's replies. I would advise staying away from it.
