This is a really strong cookie scoop with a strong spring that scoops the batter out of the spoon. Scooping the dough this way is a lot less tiring than using two spoons, and the cookie sizes are a lot more consistent. I have #50, which at 1.5 tablespoons is a small cookie. Since most of my balls are slightly rounded, this makes about 2 tablespoons per cookie, which is my target amount anyway. It really is a lot more fun to bake cookies! I recommend this cookie scoop without hesitation.
