My bird chewed on the tree a bit but never sat on the swing. Of course, maybe it's because it's not as big as in the photo. I actually have Senegal - the green and yellow bird in the product photo - and the chains aren't nearly long enough to sit on like that. He would almost hit his head on the ceiling of his cage if he sat on it. So the photo is very bad. Apparently someone just added a bird in Photoshop. Finally, the photo does not show how it is actually put together. The tree goes the other way, so the bird has to ride two pieces to actually sit on the swing instead of sitting on one piece. Ironically, the photo on my order page is more accurate. Most birds try to steer clear of the chains as they swing. I've added a photo that will appear on my order page. I'll try to remember to take a picture of what I have and add it later. Basically I just want sellers to show honest pictures of how big things are because that's really important. And use the right materials that may not kill my bird.
