Excellent iron, with one exception.
The straightener works great and is easy to use. The only problem I had on two occasions when curling my hair was the iron accidentally turned off after about 20-30 minutes. Not sure why that is. Perhaps there is a built in shutdown mechanism or something that prevents the device from staying on after a long period of time. At least that's what I assumed. To mitigate the iron turning off while I'm still styling my hair, I decided to turn the iron on before I was ready to use it and not idle.
