I restrict the amount of carbs I eat each day. Making your own popsicles is an easy way to enjoy sugar-free. These are great mugs. They come with their own chopsticks and are all dishwasher safe. I make them with sugar-free powders like Country Time Lemonade. I mix aroma with twice the amount of water. Before I add the lemonade, I add pieces of fruit to make it fun without adding carbs. It comes with a recipe book that has a Nutella recipe I would love to make. Unfortunately too many carbohydrates for me.
