This item comes with a cosmetic warning label which I didn't mind. However, some genius wrapped the self-adhesive heat mat in seran wrap so when trying to take it off the remaining adhesive that was torn off drips (about 60% gone which is not a cosmetic issue when I bought it expected it was adhesive Has). . Remember that it is very difficult to remove and should not be used unless there is a risk of fire. I specifically bought this with glue because I need it on the side of the tank, not the bottom.
