The best part is that it's available in multiple languages so we can reach customers from all over our target market (Europe). It could use some more templates to choose between when building campaigns or comparing data across channels with different geographies/time zones - but this has been improved since I last used them several years ago now :) We're using their reporting tool as well which works very nicely too; even better than Google Analytics would have done if they hadn't shut down GA ages back!!
