Initial review: Received yesterday, everything went as instructed "short". All blue lights work fine, is everything ok? 5) Oh no. When I tried to turn it on, NOTHING happened. I spoke to a Revain representative today who was very helpful. They will send you a new device to try and a return label for the non-working device. So far extremely disappointed with what 'allegedly' is supposed to be a very expensive 'premium' product. This is terrible for Waterpik's quality control system (updated 10th August 2018). I received a replacement 4 days ago and the new one works. Except that the nozzle tends to swivel during use, making it difficult to direct the water jet correctly. The machine is big and bulky but the water tank is small and even with 2 loads of water I feel like cleaning my rubber bands is an unfinished business. And the water suction pipe in the tank is small, so it will lose suction when cleaning your mouth even if there is still water at the bottom. As I am absolutely dissatisfied with this product I will be returning it and asking for a refund.
