I called Water Pik and they confirmed that I would kill the battery if I left it on, so I now charge it after every use and ONLY when I'm home to see the charger turn off. Not very bad Repeated cleaning. Used it 3 times in a row. I have healthy gums and teeth. No sensations during or after. As if I hadn't done anything. The reservoir empties quickly. Should be refilled 3 or 4 times and yet I don't feel any difference no matter how many times I've used it. Very bulky but that's ok if it was strong. What a train! I put it off until my first visit to the dentist to check it out. This was originally recommended by the same dentist and I am happy to report that it went very well. I knew this was going to happen because my teeth have never felt better. Cleaning was easy and my gums are healthier than they have been in years. My dentist had 2 hints before starting.
