Not very bad Repeated cleaning. Used it 3 times in a row. I have healthy gums and teeth. No sensations during or after. As if I hadn't done anything. The reservoir empties quickly. Should be refilled 3 or 4 times and yet I don't feel any difference no matter how many times I've used it. Very bulky but that's ok if it was strong. What a train! These reviewers must have baby gummies. I floss everyday and feel like it's below the level of flossing. My dental hygienist recommended I get an irrigator too! Crap product and I'm not exaggerating! I bought the Waterpik Electric Sink Meter model and it's a BIG improvement.
