Definitely works. Follow the instructions
After reading some reviews that it didn't work and being contradictory, I was hesitant to buy it at first, but I'm very glad I did. If you follow the instructions (even if they aren't the best) you will have a great experience. My girlfriend and I tried this and we both saw different results so it seems to be working for us. We both have very dry feet and the spa cleaned and smoothed our feet better than any foot massage. Water salinity management is very important and will transform your results. A level of 1.5 has worked best for me (very little salt in my tap water) and we've seen results after a few days of alternating use.
