UPDATE: **Not so** Great product!

UPDATE: After good usage I am changing my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. Although we've never used metal utensils on these pans, the center of some of them will flake off. The concave shape makes frying in oil or stewing more difficult, as the liquid drains off the sides and the food burns. After contacting customer service they were no help and I felt I did something wrong by requesting a new pan. While they work well for induction, they are not well thought out. No response from representatives on what covers these pans or their safety. Lighter than expected but by no means cheap or flimsy. The stainless steel base works well with induction burners and provides excellent heat distribution. Eggs fry well, water boils quickly, pots maintain a constant temperature for braising, braising and frying. No complaints!
