I bought a set for my Bosch dishwasher as I wasn't sure if they would work. I've had problems with the bottom shelf for a number of years. The wheels keep falling off the rails and no one in the family has managed to put the rack in the dishwasher except me. This is a known issue with the Bosch 800 series dishwasher and when I contacted them their solution was that I had to contact a service center. I am not at all impressed with their customer service. In my opinion, having to pay someone $100 to inspect my dishwasher, which is a very common and known problem with these dishwashers, is not a solution. side of the frame. I noticed that these wheels are actually a bit wider than the Bosch ones and now my footing doesn't jump off track! I can't believe it works so well! I am very, very happy about it and immediately ordered a second pack. This is literally life changing hahaha!
