It's okay but there could definitely improvements

I like that I can have my chart on my computer and have all my info in one place. I also like that I can email my chart to my doctor and they can see it right away. I do not like that it is a little confusing. There are so many different things that I have to do to get my chart to my doctor.

I also do not like that I have to print out my chart and then have my doctor sign it. I would like to be able to email my chart to my doctor so that they can see it right away and I do not have to print it out. I would like to be able to have my doctor sign it right away.

Pros

The program has an excellent help section which tells u how everything works, i highly recommend this product!It provides instant results even when compared with other products from home health care providers (nursing homes) where we had no control
