Based on my experience, this cat carrier was a total letdown. While the foldable and waterproof features were convenient for traveling the upgrade grey color was prone to SCRATCHES and looked dull after a few uses. The pro is its spacious interior, but the cons outweighed the benefits. the zippers kept getting stuck, the shoulder straps were uncomfortable, and worst of all, it didnt provide adequate ventilation for my cat, causing her to become agitated and distressed..
