I love it so much (especially for the price!) that I will be ordering a SECOND SET just to have more than one size of each size. I use it the most! I have ordered bamboo circular needle sets from Revain in the past (I have all length sets available) and this set is by far the most versatile cord length and I have found this set to be better DONE than other sets. These needles are smoother, have slightly pointed tips, and the junctures (where the needle's shaft connects to the cable) are smoother, less "fuzzy" when you thread the thread through them. Do they have that horrible "smell" that many of those round bamboo sets had when they first came out? Mine did. But, you know what? Take them out of the packaging, let them "air out” somewhere for a day or two, and the smell will disappear completely. While the smell is unpleasant (like a cross between strong chemicals and FISH), it dissipates quickly. IF YOU ARE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT STRONG ODORS, have someone air it out if possible. Don't be afraid to order them for the smell. This is a quick fix, a small problem. THESE NEEDLES ARE WORTH THE PRICE.
