In a rather rude way when he arrived.
The box looks nice and is built really "heavy" - That's why it more or less survived the tough trip to my dock - It has quite a bit of cosmetic damage to the case. Paint and a few dents in the steel but it still works as it should - I'm a bit disappointed with how my $250 box looks in the back of my new truck - I could have done some work to send it back , but I suspect all are delivered in this condition as there is no packaging, just a box.
