I got it because of all the good reviews I've seen and I'm not giving it a star because I'm pretty sure I did something wrong because - why not work. I think I overheated it so I had to leave it on before I could use it, when I used it it was still very painful and barely pulled my hair out! Then, for some reason, I repeated the process with the stains that I had already tried and, as before, almost no hair was pulled out. I just wanted to clean my bikini line because I was too lazy to shave that often, but it's definitely not for me. If you've never waxed yourself before, just don't do it, get it done professionally. If you are experienced then it was a pretty good price and probably worth it!
