Review on CharJenPro USB C Hub For IPad Pro by Angel Cortez

UPDATE 8/6/18: After my review, I was contacted directly by a CharJenPro customer service representative to offer solutions to my problem. They offered me a full refund or a replacement as I think I may have received a lemon. I was more than happy to try the replacement, especially with the great customer service. I received my replacement as well as a handwritten note from the co-founder with a personal apology for the inconvenience. My expectations for excellent customer service have been exceeded and I will continue to use CharJenPro products! I'm very happy to use my spare! free. The slightest movement of my computer ejects my external hard drive. It looks like the connection is bad - be it the USB ports or the connection to the computer. Looks like I won't have much life left on this one.
