Great Platform And Amazing Team: Data Impact
Data Impact has been a great partner for our company. They have been extremely helpful in every step of the process. They are always available to help answer questions and are very responsive. The team has been great to work with. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our needs are met. We are able to use Data Impact's platform to easily connect with our customers and keep them up-to-date on our products. We are able to easily collect data on our customers and use it to improve our products and services.
Pros
- Great customer service, responsiveness & ability! Always there when we need something done or want an update from their end..they do NOT take no as response!! :) It is also easy/fast (not too much) implementation time.which I appreciate because my schedule can be hectic at times but they make me feel comfortable knowing everything will get back into place quickly once implemented which makes things even

- Almost everything is ok
