I purchased this kit for a 2001 Dodge Neon Plymouth and wasn't sure what type of tensioner it was but when this item arrived there was a sheet in the box explaining that this kit all Covers Dodge Neon applications regardless of tensioner type (3 different systems), so when I got to work I found that the Neon had a hydraulic tensioner (a completely different tensioner and bracket than that in this kit). , finished the install and every time I tried to turn the motor by hand the new belt would try to get out of the way so I took out the tensioner, had to cut a piece of plastic from the back cover and put the belt back on ran but still came out of the camshaft pulley so after many and many tries I decided to finish the install and when I got out after maybe 3 miles the belt snapped and now the car is going to the junker. If you have the same hydraulic clamping system, don't buy it!
