A guitar hung on one hanger and my daughter's longboard on the other. Unfortunately, while drilling the screw by hand, the head of the screw broke off! I've never had anything like this, not even on difficult construction sites. I didn't even try very hard. Please use your own screws! I now have the shank of the screw sticking out of the wall. I couldn't extract it. Luckily I was able to cover it up with the hanger myself. Dear manufacturer, please send better screws. These are rubbish.
