I ordered this Sanyo CRSR-10 from sirius.com. Definitely a good deal for the price and when I bought it it was $50 off. Basically does whatever I want (leave Howard Stern to me). The buttons could be a bit more responsive and don't feel as well made (plastic), but overall they're not bad. My problem was with Sanyo and Sirius. My set was missing one important detail β a buttoned plate. I called Sirius and they told me to send everything back (sigh). I called Sanyo to see if I could get this part and was even willing to pay for it. Apparently they don't sell parts for their devices so I was referred to Tritronics, Inc. where I was told I could purchase the part for $28(!). When I spoke to Sanyo again, they accused Sirius of repackaging Sanyo radios, which resulted in lost parts. Conclusion = dissatisfied customer who is not very happy with Sanyo or Sirius and doesn't want to help either company that much. Many Thanks. So I basically made my own replacement for that part and channeled the spirit of MacGyver and Bob Villa. BTW, god help you if you have to call Sirius - the people who work there just aren't that smart, except for the very last person I spoke to (#4)
