This is my third purchase. My wife has one and gave it to her son. I ordered it the day I gave it to my son. He moves to San Diego and bikes to work. Works great, easy to turn on and off. Things to consider if you have one. Balance the load. Don't put all 20 pounds in a pocket on your side. It has built in rubber bungee cords. Take off the voltage when not in use. Before installing the post, I wipe down the seat post and post clamp with rubbing alcohol. If there is oil or grease, the grate will move back and forth. Excellent frame.
