Review on ESCORT MAX360 Lightning Directional Bluetooth by Christopher Gulledge

Seems to work the same as the Escort IX I have but geez it's about a third bigger and super heavy. The included mount doesn't match the size and weight of the unit because even on my long wheelbase, a luxurious machine with a smooth ride, it bounces like crazy from the weight of the unit on such an inadequate mount. The Escort IX block never did. Very disappointing, inadequate mounting system for this gigantic radar detector. This situation forced me to buy a $100 aftermarket mount so I could use it. Escort customer service is 100% non-responsive to support questions about their inventory. I have been a regular customer at Escort for many, many years.
