This product works great except for the USB port which uses a USB mouse/keyboard. I am currently using a PS/2 keyboard and a USB mouse. The mouse runs rooted to the ground, as if on steroids. too fast and hard to click anything. I've used 2-3 different brands of USB mice with the same results, emails at Tripp Lite just give you a polite email reply telling you to call support and everyone knows how is trying to get a live person to talk without all the automation junk/voicemail. There's a good chance this KVM product will work perfectly if I'm using both a PS/2 mouse and keyboard. Everyone said I need this product and the special kvm cables that you can order with it are perfect for my needs and come in a variety of lengths. I could just be stuck with one that had a bad USB port in the stack, everything else works great!
