Review on Oiyagai by Jonathan Waritani

Unfortunately, my recent experience making a buy from Oiyagai's online store was disappointing. Although they provide a large selection of computer peripherals, the caliber of their offerings was lacking. I had to send back the computer cable adapter I ordered because it wasn't functioning correctly. I was convinced that the entire batch was flawed because the problem persisted when the substitute item showed up. The keyboard's keys started sticking after just a few weeks of use, and the mouse I bought also had problems with durability. They made things worse by providing unresponsive and unhelpful customer service. I made several attempts to get in touch with them to work out the problems with my purchases, but I never got a satisfactory answer. They appeared to be merely attempting to ignore me. Overall, I am unable to endorse Oiyagai as a trustworthy supplier of computer peripherals. Their client support is lacking, and their products are of poor quality. I'd suggest that customers seek elsewhere for their needs.
