Think Twice - Spare Parts

Think twice before you drop a Victory steel frame. My 2011 Kingpin was broken when I bought it. If I hit even a small pothole or impact, the bike will sag slightly. The shock absorber was tightened to the maximum, which did little. Dog bones confusing how the suspension is supposed to work. I always wondered how the belt guard got bent and the pulley scratched until one day I removed the saddlebags and saw the paint scratch on the rear fender. The pulley just caught on the edge of the wing. It's good that the previous owner installed a fender panel, otherwise the wiring would have suffered as well. Needless to say the dog bones were removed immediately as I had stock. I had to loosen the shock to get a normal ride. The bike has not sagged once in 2 years. Your choice, but you have been warned.
