I had this installed for only a few weeks but when I turned off the tap water (both hot and cold) my mother in law didn't use the water while I was fixing other plumbing fixtures . However, when I turned it back on the next day, the hot water went mute, so you now have to pull the handle instead of squeezing it to turn it off. What the hell? I have no idea how this happened so I looked for a replacement part for this pen but couldn't find one anywhere. If you buy this faucet, please note that you can't find replacement parts for it. Luckily I still have a return window, which of course I do and get another brand with a good guarantee.
