Advantages: - no bouncing - comfortable - easy removal of the bottle - light - adapts to the size Reason for 3 stars (at least for me): - almost impossible to put the bottle in the pace back. I train hard and ran my first tempo lesson with this belt this morning. It is far superior to the original fuel belt made over 10 years ago. I hardly feel it when running, so it's great. I have a big problem getting the bottle back in the holder. I have to push it closer to the front and use it. The holder seems to have been squeezed too long and I try to open it while holding the bottle there - note; You use your own bottle and in my case I use a Nathan vacuum flask. He fits; It's just that the retainer wants to collapse and just can't no matter how hard I try replacing it with a belt in the right orientation while it's in pace. That means slowing it down a little, moving it around, changing the bottle, going back and moving on. Luckily I take a sip about every 3-4 miles so this bottle will do if I decide to use a strap; Instead, I can choose to navigate the always unreliable water stations instead of messing with them. If it hadn't been for that, it would have been 5 stars. If the holder opens and I use it, I'll come back to this review after it's done. It's a qualifying race in Boston so I don't schedule any stops and I have to keep a pace of 8:34 to qualify in my age group so I have to get through everything.
