The best part is all of our physicians can access their records at anytime from anywhere in US or around world with web browsers as well! And they are able to have instant updates which saves us much time when it comes for office visits/appointments (which we also love about this tool). I wish there would be an option where users could create custom fields so patient's info will not get mixed up easily between different providers who use phoenixorthopaedics system within same practice but do separate practices like surgery vs rheumatology clinic etc.. Overall its very useful especially since majority staff does most things via email rather than through computer anyway thus allowing them more flexibility without actually having physical presence here physically every single day!! Definitely give into your heart what you see fit! We've been working together now over 4 years using PHOENIX ORTHOPEDICS SYSTEMS & WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE AS IT MAKES OUR WORK LESS DIFFICULT THAN EVER. I love how easy it is to use. It's very intuitive for my practice. The interface is great. It's not as user friendly as other platforms but once you get used to it, it's fine. I wish there was more of a feature set available. We are looking at adding some things but that may be tough with the price point they charge. We can't afford all the bells and whistles. We have been able to streamline our billing process, decrease turnaround time, and increase revenue.
