Review on Binoculars Nikon Aculon A211 7x35 black by Gabriela Trocka ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

I cant say that I was completely satisfied with the product.

In general, one could get used to all its shortcomings. But. Only after using it for a long time, I realized that 7 times is money down the drain. You can see everything is wonderful . but nothing can be seen. Here you look, let's say, at the license plate number of a car standing in the distance . And everything is so bright, beautiful . but the number plate is not visible. And then I take for comparison some poor crooked Chinese binoculars, but by 12 times. And, oh miracle! The car number is easy to read. Although the whole picture is crooked, oblique and dark . but the number is visible. And in a wonderful beautiful Nikon . nothing to consider! Brightly and clearly, I can just look with my eyes, without binoculars. And binoculars are needed to see something in the distance, and not just admire the scenery. I have a lot of binoculars. I can only give one advice . less than 10 times - money thrown away. the same goes for lenses . less than 50 there is no visibility at dusk, only on a bright day. Hence, the best Nikon models with such a prism are Action 10x50 and Action EX 12x50. Both have aspherical eyepieces. The second is also full enlightenment, including prisms.

Pros
  • Relatively small. Good field of view and good collimation, which is rare for Nikons. when looking at the eyes almost did not get tired. Good luminosity. just good, not great.
Cons
  • There is no clarity across the entire field of view, although this is not particularly important. Terrible backlash of the eyepieces. When viewing, be sure to put the eyepieces to your eyes, and they begin to arch, changing the sharpness. It is almost impossible to achieve an absolutely identical picture in both eyes by diopter correction of the right eyepiece. At the same time, there is a slight play on the diopter adjustment wheel. Lens caps are a pain for all Nikon models. It is not convenient to attach them to anything and to carry them with you means to lose them.
