Review on 🌡️ Enhanced DTR900 Inside/Outside Digital Thermometer by General Tools with Memory for Minimum/Maximum Readings by Michael Jennings

I have two of these. One has been in use for several years. I read in a review that the outside and inside temperature don't match when the outside sensor is close to the device. This was not my experience; When I do this, the temperatures are within 0.5 degrees Fahrenheit of each other. The external sensor responds to temperature changes much faster than the internal base unit. So if you test the unit this way, you have to wait a while for the internal unit to match the external sensor. I would give this five stars. , except that there doesn't seem to be a way to swap the outside and inside readings (e.g. using a device outside the freezer to control the inside temperature of the freezer). In this application, "outside" is actually "inside".
