Wrong item. Wrong company!
The product worked perfectly but after 6 months it stopped working. I asked Waterpik for help. It turns out they reverse engineered the engine and as a result disabled the GFCI outputs. What makes me angry is that they are aware of the issue and will not replace my device with one that does not disable my GFCI output. WHICH COMPANY DOES THIS!? For that their product gets 1 star because it's the lowest price I can give!
