The product worked perfectly but after 6 months it stopped working. I asked Waterpik for help. It turns out they reverse engineered the engine and as a result disabled the GFCI outputs. What makes me angry is that they are aware of the issue and will not replace my device with one that does not disable my GFCI output. WHICH COMPANY DOES THIS!? For that their product gets 1 star because it's the lowest price I can give!

I love my Waterpik, it has completely changed the way I think about flossing. My teeth are very close together and the floss gets stuck and I feel like I'm about to remove my crowns and veneers. Waterpik makes my teeth cleaner than regular floss and doesn't hurt. I got splattered on my face the first time I used it, but that's only because I didn't realize you always want to turn off the brush part before turning it on. It just makes sense. The whitening function works very well.

This is my 3rd sprinkler in 20 years, so far so good. I like the whitening tablet, nice detail. I can't buy them monthly but they seem to improve the color of my teeth. In general, a pleasant device. I like that the extra attachments are in a separate container instead of a lid to keep them cleaner. The on/off switch on the handle is much better than a button that sticks after a year or so, and it also keeps water off the mirror much better.

This is my first irrigator. As long as I like it It's easy to use and reduces maintenance time so I can leave the house or go to bed. I wanted to post pictures so you can see the size of the device as I couldn't pinpoint disk space usage. It's compact and goes with everything.

Excellent design. Looks perfect when placed to the left of the sink. The hose does not get tangled like on older models. The tank has a hinged door to keep the water sterile. Precise throttle control with high pressure. Refreshing like mint breath. Although not the fact that it really whitens teeth. We don't notice any difference after using the product daily for a month. Buy it. You will not regret it.

Well I have this machine and I really liked it but the bracket that holds the nozzle broke. No spare part and no solution. She said it doesn't affect functionality! What should I do with the part that goes in my mouth? Hanging on the bathroom faucet? I think function is in the eye of the beholder. :(

I've heard of these things before but never thought I would want them so much. I've always passionately hated manual flossing. It's much nicer and now I really enjoy keeping my teeth clean. I've only used it one day and used it twice but so far it's much better than I expected. I have never had dental floss and have only used dental floss. It's a lot easier and a lot more enjoyable. It works very well, has more power than I needed or expected. The power dial is adjustable so you can dial it in for a softer or stronger jet. I bought this model because it was cheaper than most. It works just as well as the base model that I had to replace when the switch on the handle stopped working. It has a slide switch which hopefully is more durable. It's a bit difficult to get the tips out of the pen. and the handle sticks up and gets in the way of our closet door so I have to take the tip out every time I use it.
