Great soap, terrible bottles

I have purchased this product several times (from Target and S&S Revain) and have never had the problem I have now. So far we've tried four bottles and only one has worked. When you press the pump, "broken" bottles don't pop out as usual. In fact, we have to fight with bottles to get the pump back. Overall it's just annoying, but I hate paying for broken things.
