No complaints have been made in four years of use! Purchased in 2022 for $1200, returned its cost 10 times over. You won't regret it if you take it! It runs smoothly and may be used in the shower without worrying about becoming wet. After I disassembled and cleaned it, I discovered that there were numerous shaving foam traces inside the "hermetic" case. These traces had no impact on the device's functionality. I charge the battery after every four to five uses while using it. I believe that if I order a new battery from China, purchase anything new, or replace the current battery with a new one, the new one will afterwards be worse =)
