Liquid lifeguard! - Humidification
I suffer from frequent heat strokes during the hot, humid Missouri weather while working on a farm. After a recent episode, my worst, my niece bought a bottle of Orange Kinderlyte from Walgreens. When I got out of the ambulance I was literally exhausted. I drank the whole bottle with ice. Within an hour I was feeling better and by the morning I had fully recovered. I swear by Kinderlight! I ordered the Kinderlyte Stick version to carry spares for outdoor activities (kayaking, cross-country mule riding). I have not used the powder product yet. HOWEVER, the liquid version in a vial is the perfect solution for heat exhaustion. I hope the powered version offers the same level of recovery.
