I wanted to love this item. "Real" reviews weren't that much, except for the "robot" type, so I took a chance. My whole reason was to have a portable washing machine with a lint collector. I bought a "Costway" mini washing machine and although it gets LITTLE "tangle" it does NOT knot my clothes! The only problem was that it didn't have a lint screen so my clothes looked pretty uncomfortable. Well, fast forward, back to AMAZON to buy some lint balls and while I'm at it I'm ordering this machine with a lint collector. I was very excited the day I received it. Connecting xxx was excruciating (for me) and I got so used to the other that it seemed like a huge task. I received a "BATCH OF JEANS" (ie THREE PAIRS) (NOT EXTRA LARGE OR ANY) and went through the process. The wash cycle alone told me everything I needed to know. LET'S GO! It took me 5 minutes to unravel 3 pairs of jeans! I hate the pulsator washing machines that are all the rage right now. I just wish there was an old fashioned "stirrer" laptop with more than ONE CYCLE to choose from. ONLY NORMAL AND GENTLE would be good. BUT NO, we have to choose between WHIP and BEAT. This machine has its advantages: different cycles, it's automatic BUT FOR ME I have to move it every time I want to use it (heavy, no fun) and it's really bulky. A confusing mess, no way, I'm just not going to delve into it. Luckily the little balls of fluff arrived the same day as this beast. and I tried them in my little car. happy camper. AMAZON was happy to have this back and it might work great for some but not for me.
