Battery Died the other day. Will not hold charge.
I had this battery since July. I have charged it it about 7-8 times. Today is the today that the battery decided not to hold a charge. I tested it, fully charge over 12.1V. It immediately dropped to 11.6 within 5 minutes of use and the device no longer functioned. I attempted to charge it again and it won't stay charged past 12V. I assume one or more cells are dead.On a side note, the other battery was DOA and never heard back from the company. Very unsatisfied as a consumer and will pay the extra money for a name brand next time.
