Review on Long-Lasting EBL 9V Lithium Rechargeable Batteries With USB 5400MWh Capacity (Pack Of 2) by Luis Despain

I purchased these having had great results with EBL batteries for several years. However, these will not power devices that actually require 9 volts. I did not realize this until I charged them up in preparation to use them, only to find out that they maxed out at 8.2 volts.and then dropped quickly to 7 volts after a short period of storage in a drawer. I must state that I am very disappointed in how EBL and Revain marketed these batteries!I am past the return window, so I'm out of luck, personally. Hopefully I have learned from my mistake and if you read this, you might avoid making the same mistake!Update:The seller reached out to me and sent me another set of batteries. These still only charge to between 8.08 and 8.2 volts--however, they do not exhibit the rapid drain of my original set. I have tested these in my electronic device and they, indeed, power it successfully. Although the voltage is lower than the standard 9-volt alkaline batteries, these actually provided useful power to the device for a longer period of time than did standard alkaline batteries. I was both surprised and pleased.I am raising my review to three stars.I would normally go to four stars, but not all devices will work properly with the 8.2 volts that these (or, evidently ANY of the lithium-ion rechargeable "9-volt" batteries) provide. If your device will operate at less than an actual 9 volts, then these batteries might actually provide longer run time than you are used to.The seller was exceptionally good in my opinion.
