Works well with spirits, not so good with syrup
I wanted to use them for maple syrup as part of a chicken and waffle appetizer. The suction wasn't enough to draw the Log Cabin liquid (moderately viscous) into the tank, so I couldn't use it. They worked great for water and alcoholic products like vodka. I've used a few and can't use the rest.
